Toto je stručný návod na bydlení, které bylo přidáno v Book 11. K bydlení máte na výběr ze 4 možných instancí, které se liší podle rasy. Trpaslící mají bydliště kousek od Thorins Hall, elfové kousek od Duillond, hobiti v Michel Delving a lidi kousek od Bree. Každá instance obsahuje tři typy baráčků (16 malých, 10 luxusních a 4 pro klany):

Malý baráček - cena okolo 1g, měsíční poplatek okolo 50s, jedna truhla, 19 pozic uvnitř, 4 pozice venku

Luxusní baráček - cena okolo 7-8g, měsíční poplatek okolo 150s, dvě truhly, 45 pozic uvnitř, 6-8 pozic venku

Klanový baráček - cena okolo 14-17g, měsíční poplatek okolo 300s, tři truhly, 71 pozic uvnitř, 13 pozic venku
